The Company:

Bistro Barbu is a restaurant recognized and very appreciated by the Mauritians. It regroups several other brands. Their services are multiple with the delivery of sushis and burgers, caterer for the private, bistro bookstore and top-of-the-range delivery. Today Bistro Barbu has the ambition to open a new restaurant with a new concept. To do so, the company needs a deep restructuring. Including the management of flows of raw material and financial, stocks, the budgeting of a new internal communication tool and the branding of the entity.
The company needs an intern over a period of 6 months with entrepreneurial and financial fiber.

Missions:

• Implementation of a company restructuring action plan
• Creation of a headquarter centralizing the 3 existing entities
• Branding of the restaurant chain
• Implementation of an internal communication tool
• Implementing Supplier Processes
• Train of store personnel on processes, compliance and effects, with particular emphasis on the following processes:
o Sales
o Stock Management
o Store Maintenance
• Communicating: Organized feedback to internal departments in the organization on areas of improvement and change to simplify store operations.
• Process Development: Continuous improvement and proposal for adaptation of current processes to improve store

Requirements:

• You are BAC + 4 to BAC + 5 type Business School or university equivalent,
• You come from a training program such as Finance / Entrepreneurial
• You have a previous successful experience (internship, sandwich courses) in an audit firm, in company on the acquisition, merger or transfer projects, with the judicial administrators or in the services specialized in the financial and operational restructuring
• You are dynamic, enterprising, with a very cheap analysis and a good synthesis
• You like teamwork and have excellent relational

Skills:

• Intelligent and quick-witted, you think fast and well, are propositional and ultra-dynamic.
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, business skills and fluency in English.
• Finally, rigor, organizational skills, analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft software will allow you to succeed in this position.
