Adecco recrute pour l’un de ses clients (franchisé dans le secteur de la restauration) un Country Manager H/F.

Position Description :
Reports directly to the International General Manager and assumes responsibility for the franchisees in the allocated area.
The CM is responsible for implementation of the Standard Operating Model (SOM) in all franchise outlets, including Marketing and Merchandising Plans, supplier negotiations and management, Operational Standards and Financial Reporting.
Hygiene audits to evaluate and document actions through discussions with franchisees / outlet managers.
Business evaluation by reviewing the financial performance (dealer pack) and implementation of the key business drivers in the outlet:
• People and training
• Sales
• Stock control and Margin maintenance
• Franchisee profitability
Implementation of the yearly business plans agreed for each outlet with the franchisees through the yearly budget process with the Operations Manager.
Job requirements:
Minimum 3 years of retail experience or equivalent, including understanding of profit and loss statements, business reviews and plans and conducting SWOT analysis of outlets.
Extensive knowledge and experience with food outlets.
Ability to plan new investments including understanding ROI’s, cash flow and costing packs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including travel; nights, weekends and holidays as required.
