Join our teams! www.gbh.fr MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an Accounting Assistant (M/F) for one of our mass retail subsidiaries in Réunion. Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, the Treasury Accountant is responsible for the overall monitoring of suppliers and performs the following tasks: * Collect, consolidate, and analyze the financial and operational data of stores and subsidiaries. * Produce periodic reports for Group Management and operational managers. * Participate in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
* Identify discrepancies, analyze performance, and propose corrective actions. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the improvement of reporting tools. * Collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure data reliability and consistency. * Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing reporting and management control processes. Holding a minimum of a two-year post-secondary degree (or equivalent) in accounting/management, you have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. You are organized and meticulous with a strong aptitude for teamwork. You have a good command of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of the AS400 accounting software and METI. We are looking for a motivated, rigorous, and analytical professional with a genuine interest in financial management and operational performance. * Higher education in finance, accounting, or management control. * Significant experience in reporting and management control, ideally in distribution or retail. * Proficiency in AS400 accounting software and METI is a plus. * Proficiency in IT tools and reporting systems (Excel, ERP, BI). * Analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to synthesize information. * Rigor, organization, and respect for deadlines. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operational and financial teams.
